Virtual Medic Ltd builds an AI-powered clinical consultation practice platform for medical students and medical schools. The product helps learners practise full patient histories with virtual patients, then review structured feedback on communication, history-taking, and missed questions.

Product

Virtual Medic combines a Unity-based patient simulation app with a web portal for accounts, case management, feedback review, and institutional administration. Students can repeat consultations in a low-pressure environment. Universities can create and manage their own cases, marking criteria, and cohort analytics.

Team

Virtual Medic was founded by Abhay Shivamurthy, a UK medical student building the platform from first-hand experience of preparing for clinical exams and OSCEs.

Business model

Virtual Medic is a digital-native software product. It supports individual learner accounts and institution-led deployments for medical schools and clinical education teams. It is not a clinical healthcare provider and does not provide patient medical advice.
